Wheel A Pizza lets their dough rise for 48 hours to achieve a light and airy delicate foundation for their pies. The dough is made with organic flour and milled in the Pacific Northwest. Out of the oven, the pizza will have a rustic char. 

This is a pizza made for eating multiple slices without feeling overstuffed.
