Behind the Brand
Founded in 2021 by an Airline Pilot during the Covid pandemic when travel slowed down. At Aviator Cookie Company, we specialize in making quality cookies from scratch without any added preservatives baked fresh every day. With over 40 cookie recipes of my own creation, we sell at least 12 different varieties every day on Main Street. We will always have the staples like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin, but will be rotating daily our specialty cookies like Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Roll cookies. Aviator Cookie Company has a fun aviation-themed atmosphere, featuring an actual airplane wing serving as the counter.
