Bailey's Fine Jewelry has been serving the Ark-La-Tex and beyond since 1995 when Gary Bailey and Paul Little opened the first Bailey's Jewelers in Shreveport. Gary Bailey designs, fabricates, and repairs jewelry on-site and Paul Little handles sales and the business side of the jewelry store.
